Warranty Details

Le Cornu warrants to rectify, repair or replace any furniture defects in materials or workmanship of the frame. You will be asked to provide proof of your purchase in order to validate your warranty. This warranty does not cover:

  • Rips, wearing, pilling, creasing or fading of fabric or leather;
  • Surface scratches, dents, chips, marks or accidental breakages;
  • Glass breakage;
  • Damage caused by wear and tear, misuse or improper cleaning;
  • Softening of foam resulting from normal use;
  • Damage incurred during handling and transportation of the product by the customer or their contractor;
  • Discolouration of leather or fabric coverings resulting from exposure to direct sunlight, extreme heat or similar conditions;
  • Furniture used for commercial, rental trade, institutional or other non-residential use.

Our obligations only extend to those item(s) which have been cared for according to the care instructions and which have been used only in a manner for their intended purpose. The Le Cornu warranty is in addition to any manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty is non-transferrable and only applies to those named on the receipt.

You should contact Customer Service on the telephone numbers, email or postal address set out below to initiate a warranty claim.

Returns for any other reason cannot be made without prior notice and approval of a store representative and must be accompanied with receipt or proof of purchase. All costs incurred for this type of return are at customer’s expense. A store credit to be used against future purchases will be provided for returns.

Lounges and mattresses that require warranty repairs must be clean and fit for handling by the service staff. Customers must have the item professionally cleaned if soiled or unfit for handling before returning to store.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any loss or damage. You are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
