If the item has been removed from its original packaging or has been assembled, and you have a receipt, a store credit will be issued for you to put towards another purchase. Our Obligations: Our obligations are in addition to the rights granted by relevant State and Federal laws, and in particular the Australian Consumer Law and corresponding State Fair Trading legislation. Le Cornu will repair, replace or refund the full cost of your purchase if the goods are not of a merchantable quality or not fit for the purpose as advised by you at the time of the purchase. You will be asked to provide proof of your purchase in order to validate your warranty.We don’t normally give refunds on products sold in the AS-IS area if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection. Please refer to the guarantee/warranty received with your order for details on warranty of individual products. Retain your tax invoice as proof of purchase for all warranty issues. Warranty is non-transferrable and only applies to those named on the receipt. All claims not covered by the State Fair Trading Legislation must be returned to state distribution centre and any associated costs are at customer’s expense. Our obligations only extend to those item(s) which have been cared for according to the care instructions and which have been used only in a manner for their intended purpose. If the customer fails to follow care instructions or uses items for a purpose other than the intended the Le Cornu warranty and other obligations may not apply. Returns for any other reason cannot be made without prior notice and approval of a store representative and must be accompanied with receipt or proof of purchase. All costs incurred for this type of return are at customer’s expense. A store credit to be used against future purchases will be provided for returns. |
